Ascend the Hill Lifestyle.
Our greatest desire is to follow the Lord Jesus Christ, and to see his church rise to the glory for which he has called them. Jesus said, “Students are not greater than their teacher, and slaves are not greater than their master. Students are to be like their teacher, and slaves are to be like their master” (New Living Translation, Matt. 10:24-25). We are called to live our lives as Christ lived his life on this earth (1 John 2:6 and 1 John 4:17). A life lived in radical surrender to God, a life of faith. A life that trusts that the words of our Lord does not fall short when he said, “I tell you the truth, anyone who believes in me will do the same works I have done, and even greater works, because I am going to be with the Father” (New Living Translation, John 14:12).
We are called to “Arise and shine for our light has come!” So I ask, “Who shall ascend the hill of the Lord” that the earth may be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD?
